Wallen's

I'm in my early 30s and the result of a melting pot: Swedish and Indian parents, raised in Switzerland, studied among others in France and Singapore, worked all over Europe, North Africa and the US.

I co-founded pearltrees where I'm in charge of anything related to ecosystem, business development and finance. It is these topics that I will mainly cover in this blog... when time permits.

In my "previous lifes", I spent 7 years at McKinsey focusing on business development, corporate finance and strategic marketing. I've also worked briefly in Private Equity, as teaching assistant of Finance at HEC Lausanne, as barman and few other random things. I hold a MSc. in Economics and Finance from HEC Lausanne (Switzerland) and hold an MBA from INSEAD.

I am a big fan of backpacking (esp. in South-East Asia), wine, current affairs, soccer, reading (almost anything), etc.
